Move In/Out Service's

  • Cleaning the interior & exterior of the cabinet 

  • Appliance's- inside and out 

  • Top and sides of the range, exterior cleaning of the hood vent 

  • Thorough cleaning of the sink & under sink 

  • Spot cleaning of the kick plate underneath the cupboards 

  • Cleaning of all switch plates and door jams 

  • Scrub down of the wainscoting 

  • Sweeping, spot cleaning by hand, and mopping of the floor 

  • Cleaning of the windowsills and cleaning of the windows 

  • Dust all cobwebs

  • Baseboards will be cleaned by hand

Kitchen Deep Cleaning

  • Full scrub down of the shower and tub inserts, shining of the chrome. 

  • Full cleaning of the sink and shining of the fixtures, including a full wipe down of the the vanity or pedestal 

  • Full cleaning of the toilet, including the front of the bowl and the lower toilet pedestal and bolts. 

  • Spot cleaning of  door jam, switch and plug plates 

  • Will dust cobwebs 

  • Sweeping, spot cleaning, and mopping of the floor. Hexagonal tiles will be vacuumed and hand-wiped 

  • Baseboards will be hand washed

Bathroom Deep Cleaning

  • Cleaning of the baseboards and windowsills 

  • Spot cleaning of switch plates 

  • Dusting cobwebs

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

  • Wipe down of all railings  

  • Vacuuming of the stairs cleaning of  baseboards

  • Washing of all fans

Other Living Areas

  • Lite Dusting of Baseboards of all visible areas

  • Dust all light fixtures 

  • Wipe all switch fixtures

  • Clean nobs behind toilet

  • Wipe down all fixtures on counter tops 

  • Mop sweep/vacuum under furniture as best as we can.

** Each visit will be a rotation between deep cleaning and organizing your home to give you relaxed from unwanted chores. Lets face it you do enough as it is, treat yourself**
Each week will rotate to the needs of your home, from organizing to deep cleaning to wall washing etc. Method Maids is ready to clean your home with task that comes our way!
